This is a class is for the bodyworker, from beginner to seasoned, in both yoga and massage. Many techniques can be used to educate clients. In this fun, practical, and totally experimental workshop we will explore:
- Concepts for developing more "Mindfulness" in your breath & body movements
- Learn techniques to assess your own posture
- Gentle, safe & effective strengthening, stretching & healing techniques to support you while standing, sitting & moving through space.
- Gentle yoga sequences to open and refresh your energy
She has taught Body Mechanics for moving with more ease, particularly while performing a therapy session, to massage students for over 11 years.
Her style is a method that almost anyone at any age or fitness level, can participate in and be successful.
