Students enrolled in any portion of the Therapeutic Bodywork Learning Center's (TBLC) training programs which have a grievance involving another student, technique evaluations, technique trainings, etc. specifically from the TBLC program, need to direct them personally or in writing to Donna Kraft-Smith, LMT to find a resolution.
Any student who is enrolled in the Myotherapy Institute of Massage's (MIM) independent academic massage study, which have an issues with academic grades, course videos and audio tapes, etc. need to direct them to MIM to find a resolution.
