Enrollment / Graduation Requirements
All who wish to enroll in this program must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Be in good physical health, capable of effectively meeting the physical demands of performing therapeutic massage.
- Have a personal interview with Ms. Donna Kraft-Smith, LMT. At this time, the prospective student will receive a tour and a complete explanation of the program and can receive an enrollment agreement.
- Be teachable and willing to accept both Donna Kraft-Smith's and MyoTherapy Institute of Massage MIM's policies and procedures (if working with MIM as well), and assistance if necessary during enrollment and throughout the course.
- Acquire a “70” or above average grade for passing.
- Provide documentation of a current CPR/ First Aid course upon graduating.
- Provide documentation of two professional massages before graduation.
