In regards to the training program all potential student are required to pay an Application fee of $25.00 due with the application to Donna Kraft-Smith, LMT.
All students are required to sign an Enrollment Agreement. Upon signing this agreement, a registration fee of $100 to hold your place in the class is due. When completing the program, $100 is applied towards the last payment of your tuition balance. Students are required to pay tuition fees to Donna Kraft-Smith, LMT depending on the amount of customized hands-on training you are receiving. All tuition fees are equally divided payments for teaching hours due before or upon each intensive until paid in full. Balance of tuition payments must be paid in full upon last intensive. 100 hr = $1,200 ($240 per intensive or $12 per hour)Additional Fees: Books required may run from $100 to $250. Students are required to have at least 2 professional massages from a Licensed Massage Therapist (estimated cost ($90 to $130). Also students are required to have a massage table (estimated cost $425 - $600). On-line testing fees range from $49 to $120 depending on program chosen (provided by Massage Prep www.massageprep.com). Students are required to have a Student Liability Insurance Policy. Cost is $79 and can be purchased through the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP); or the American Massage Therapy Association. (AMTA.). Students are required by law to have CPR / First Aid. Cost $35- $60.00. A $50 fee is collected if utilizing the schools lending library throughout the course. If all books, the Mannikin, videos and etc. are returned and are in the same condition as when loaned, this will be refunded at the end of the program. *NOTE: All students working with the Myotherapy Institute of Massage (MIM ) must adhere and be current with MIM's requirements for their portion of the tuition and fees. Please refer to any agreements with them. MIM students should be prepared to pay both tuition/ fees to MIM along with TBLC tuition/ fees. |
