The Snap of the Dragon Nursery and Greenhouse Emporium will be in their 5th season come Spring 2012 and is the venture of Darlene Bagley of Corinna.

The "Snap" is located at 12 Robichaud Road, right off from the Dexter Road (Route 7) in Corinna, the home of the Dragons Den.

Darlene who has been planting for most of her life, has put the "love of plants" into the "Snap" for affordable planting. She has built the "nursery" inside of the Dragons Den to start the babies in the winter months and has rebuilt 2 greenhouses.

Let Darlene know what you are looking for, and if she doesn't have it this year, she has created a list and it will be planted for next year.

A good rule of thumb is: Better to be safe than sorry, don't plant your annuals until after the May Full moon, which usually is the last chance of a frost for the season. The full moon in 2012 is May 5th which is quite early this year.

Annuals and vegetables do better with the warm of the soil.
